Try to keep an even speed when you are riding your bike to work. Doing so will enable you to go further and faster without as much knee strain or overall fatigue. To determine the pace you’re cycling, in ten seconds count how many times you see your right leg come up, and then multiply it by six. This is the rpm you should strive for.
If you want to get stronger as soon as possible, try cutting down the amount of time it takes you to do your fitness routine by ten percent. As your muscles work harder, your endurance will improve. For example, if you can do a full body workout in 30 minutes one day, try to do it in 27 minutes the next time you workout.
